3-Star Enterprises
6871 Franklin Avenue, Hollywood, California
In late 1959, Charles Manson and Tony Cassino operated 3-Star
Enterprises at Suite 306 of 6871 Franklin Avenue. Manson was president
while Cassino was vice president. According to Ed Sanders ("The Family"),
this was likely a front for prostitution.
Below is a photo of the building as it appeared in June 2005.
Just off the left side of the photo was the former site of the
apartments where Manson shot Bernard
Crowe in 1969.
